Pega projects

Onboarding - Client Lifecycle Management

Challenge Onboard multiple financial customers at one time. Include Related Party role and responsibility. Graphically represent direction of related party

Goals Add the above features into a single flow. Less clicks and screen time. Track Due Diligence and KYC regulations.

My Role Collaborate with product team during design sprints. Wireframes and user flows. High fidelity pixel perfect prototype.

Insights Super user wants add Roles and Attributes to Onboarding process. Users will spend less time and clicks by combining both processes. The added chart visualization helps illustrate Related Parties.

Problem Currently a user has to complete the onboarding process before the user can add Roles and Attributes. This creates more screen time and separate steps which is disruptive in the process. More instances of an incomplete product.

Solution Combine user flows to make a cohesive interaction.

Results Users save time when processes were combined.

Know Your Customer 

Challenge Document collector and uploader for collecting proof of address and residency documents such as passport and photo ID, bank statements, etc.

Goals Create an easy to use document collector/editor for ID'd and Bank statements. One click upload and AI visual scan photo for verification.

My Role Meet with stake holders 1:1 to re-assess history of project and current efforts and design recommendations. Leed design sprint and Ideation/Prototypes.

Research Financial regulations related to KYC (Know Your Customer). Onboarding financial client with role and responcibility. Frustrations of online onboarding.

Insights Customer are frustrated if have to answer the same question over again. Onboarding can be a pleasant and easy if done right

Problem Drop offs during the onboarding process. Working within legacy design system constraints.

Solution Combine user flows to streamline onboarding process. Revise copy to eliminate repetitive questions. Auto fill in existing user info.

Results Drop off rates decreased. Call center volume decreased. Completed more accurate Onboarding.

Hi-fidelity prototypes

Related party Financial app micro journey for adding a financialy related client to re-asses financial risk. Made prototype ready for design sprint and user testing.

Design System

Contribute to Design System Used legacy components and patterns from the Pega Design Kit for rapid prototyping to create and unify UX patterns and also contributed to the UI Kit.

UX Design Review

UX Stand-Up Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of design principles, industry standards and trends. Proactively contribute to respect and inclusion and welcome a healthy design debate.

Take aways: I learned a lot about sales and financial software apps. The personas of Business to Business and user task based jobs. Working within legacy design system constraints.
