Inspire, explore and choose new directions and opportunities. Conduct Field studies, diary studies, surveys, or analytics.
Testing and then go back and test again. Qualitative usability testing. Track usability of iterations over time.
Pay attention to user feedback. Communicate future directions and recruit more people for future research.
Channel your energy into something you believe in. I'm fortunate to be inspired by solving users' pain points while keeping business goals intact.
I am a constant work in progress that needs to grow. I am always looking to challenge and improve myself, which is why in my spare time I like to participate in industry meetups, engage with UX organizations, side projects etc.
While my role provides me with a creative outlet, I'm constantly challenging my self with other creative outlets like photography and abstract drawing so I'm able to create and adapt what I learned to my career.
Remember where you came from and be grateful for where you're at! Treat others with kindness and contribute to a culture of respect and open collaborative environment.
